Changzhou DIBA Textile Machinery Factory is a professional manufacturer of warping
and warping knitting machinery with 30% of technicians among more than 400 employees and fixed assets about 100 million, occupying an area of over 100,000 sqm with construction area of 65,000 sqm. 
The enterprise gained ISO9001-2000 Quality System Certification from LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurances), and was titled as National High-New TechnicalEnterprise, "AAA"Class Credit Standing Enterprise. Moreover, the enterprise has gained the Creation Prize of Chinese Nongovernmental Technical Enterprise, and the title of Leading Technique Alternation Enterprise, Top 100 Demonstration Enterprise Setting Up Modern Enterprise System, Excellent Nongovernmental Enterprise in Jiangsu Province, also the Leading Industrial Enterprise and Leading Group in Changzhou City. Meanwhile, the enterprise possesses the right to engage import and export by self. Our factory cooperated in the filed of technology with LIBA in Germany in 1995, and in the field of electrical appliance with Schneider in France and Lenze in Germany.
The series of our products are equipped to the warping and knitting machine and used in the forward process of warping and knitting. As the saying “ 30% of knitting, 70% of warping”, the warping quality directly affects the quality of warping and knitting fabrics quality.But our series of warping machine are of steady quality, precise control, average length and tension of yarn on the beam, precise inspecting of rough yarn and yarn stopping, ensuring the quality of warping and knitting fabrics.
The warping machine we produce includes GE211, GE201, GE202, GE203, GE205, GE206, GE209,GE210, GE218, GE288 pattern beam warping machine with double frequency conversion, GE207,GE208 warping machine, ASML88 chain link grinding machine etc and also the parts such as YZZ-V damping tensioners. Tensioners won the gold and silver prize of international patent exhibition, and beam turning devices other parts of the machine gain 13 national patents.
Products with excellent performance, steady quality and good after-sale service, gain the certification of customers, occupying 80% of domestic market. Meanwhile, our factory produces all kinds of creel parts.
GE202, GE203 and GE209 computer controlled high speed warping machines gain the second and third prize of the technology advancement in Jiangsu Province and the first prize in Changzhou City, also was titled as commending products of textile machinery in Jiangsu,successively certified as national new product, provincial-level high-new technical product.GE203 was titled as excellent new product in Jiangsu province and listed in national torch planning projects and excellent projects of torch planning project from Science and Technology Department, gaining the creation fund from national Science and Technology Department. GE209 was reviewed as torch planning project in Jiangsu province.
Products are sold in more than 60 countries and districts such as USA, Great Britain,France, Germany, Japan, Indonesia, Turkey, Philippines, Vietnam, Yemen, Middle East and Hongkong.Our factory keeps on developing new products. GE209 high-speed warping machine with real-time inspecting and auto controlled tension, developed in 2002, is of high erformance,setting up high-qualified close-circle tension controlling system to ensure the steadiness and precision of gross tension. Its microcomputer real-time inspecting system continuously inspects beam diameter and controls at any time in the process of warping to ensure the same diameter of a group of beams.
GE218 elastic warping yarn (urethane elastic fiber) warping machine, developed in 2004,integrated computer, commuting, person-and-machine interface, servo control, ray, machine,electricity and equipment together, with high performance. It is suitable for elastic yarn (urethane elastic fiber), developed nationally by self, reaching the internationally advanced level and filling up the national vacancy.
GE210 high-speed warping machine with high-precision servo copy, developed in 2005, is of novel outlook, easy operation, intelligent identification, auto reservation of all kinds of data, electronic gear, auto speed control and auto inspecting organ.
The transportation of our factory is very convenient. It is 3 km to Changzhou Airport, 3km to Luoshu Wan (Changzhou West) exit of expressway from Shanghai to Nanjing. It takes only one and a half hours’ drive to Shanghai and one hour’s to Nanjing. Our enterprise owns a skillful after-sale service staff to provide in-time services.
