Main features: 1.Pattern beam running adopts frequency converter and timing stepless. The servomotor drives the guide needle to move laterally and synchronization with patter beam, so novelty yarn and other yarn wind to the beam with equidistant and double helix. The diameter of shaft is decreasing,which forms cone, keep the weft tension of two ends not falling and improve the yarn winding status. 2.The driving adopts synchronous notched belt,big guide procedure and ball bearing pole, so that the movement is stalbe and the noise is low.
